A 2-hour open session exploring voice, tuning and listening practices.

The session explores the voice as an embodied and political medium through collective listening, breathing, tuning, and vocal exercises. Led by artists Helena Dietrich and Helena Sanders, the session draws on Pauline Oliveros' Deep Listening and eco-somatic practices to create an open and supportive environment for shared sonic exploration.

Participants engage with sound, space, and body, approaching the voice as a resonant technology to connect with themselves, others, and the more-than-human world.

Practical information:
— The session will run for two hours
— The artists will guide the group through a series of scores/exercises involving listening/meditation, breathing, and some singing/vocalizing
— No experience necessary & everybody is welcome
— Bring water (to drink), writing utensils and comfortable clothes
