The Funkhaus was built for people who make things. Since 1935, programmes have been produced, rehearsed and premiered behind these walls — today its studios and offices are home to a growing community of creatives, agencies and quiet thinkers.

Units range from 5 to 120 m² — from a single focused studio to a whole floor wing. And the house comes with it: restaurant, hotel, event spaces and a garden, all just one staircase away.
