Der Klimagipfel bringt zwei Tage lang Akteur:innen aus Wissenschaft, Kunst, Politik, Aktivismus und Zivilgesellschaft ins Funkhaus Wien. Kein Kongress, kein Frontalformat – sondern Keynotes, Panels und partizipative Formate, die gemeinsam Perspektiven auf die Klimakrise und konkrete Lösungsansätze entwickeln.
Drei Themenblöcke strukturieren das Programm: regenerative Wirtschafts- und Ernährungssysteme, klimasoziale Stadtentwicklung sowie Jugendpartizipation, Bildung, Rechte und Demokratie.

Teil 3: Kulturelle (Klima-)Bildung, Partizipation & Demokratie Mit u.a. Stadtrat Jürgen Czernohorszky, Luisa Neubauer, Camila Schmid Iglesias, Nikolaj Schultz, Amelie Klein, Katharina Mischer, Katja Schechtner, Alex Putzer, Erwin Bauer, VIENNA DESIGN WEEK und dem Jugendbeirat von UNICEF Österreich.
UNICEF Jugendbeirat am Klimagipfel UNICEF Österreich bringt seinen Jugendbeirat – zwölf junge Menschen mit Perspektiven zu Nachhaltigkeit, Gleichberechtigung und Beteiligung – direkt ins Programm. Gemeinsam mit der Klima Biennale Wien gestalten sie einen eigenen Programmpunkt rund um die Frage: Welche Rolle können junge Menschen im Klimaschutz spielen?
Die Veranstaltung ist offen für alle Interessierten. Anmeldung für Tag 1 und Tag 2 separat erforderlich.

The Klimagipfel brings two days of voices from science, art, politics, activism, and civil society together at Funkhaus Wien. Not a conference, not a lecture series — but keynotes, panels, and participatory formats that collectively explore perspectives on the climate crisis and concrete ways forward.
Three thematic blocks shape the programme: regenerative economic and food systems, climate-just urban development, and youth participation, education, rights, and democracy.

UNICEF Youth Advisory Board at the Klimagipfel UNICEF Austria brings its Youth Advisory Board — twelve young people with perspectives on sustainability, equality, and participation — directly into the programme. Together with Klima Biennale Wien, they shape their own segment around one central question: what role can young people play in tackling the climate crisis?
The event is open to all. Separate registration required for Day 1 and Day 2.
