The fourth edition of SONIC GROUNDS, curated by Lorenz Vak, explores the relationship between sound, space and perception. Taking place in the former Ö1 studios of Funkhaus Wien, the event creates a decentralised concert setting that invites the audience to actively explore the space.

SONIC GROUNDS is an experimental music format that combines site-specific concerts, performances and open studios. Each edition is developed in dialogue with the unique architecture of the Funkhaus, making music tangible as a lived process. The series brings together NeverAtHome’s in-house artists with local and international musicians, creating new encounters between different artistic perspectives.
