 on exploring voice\, tuning and listening practices. The session explores 
 the voice as an embodied and political medium through collective listening
 \, breathing\, tuning\, and vocal exercises. Led by artists Helena Dietric
 h and Helena Sanders\, the session draws on Pauline Oliveros' Deep Listeni
 ng and eco-somatic practices to create an open and supportive environment 
 for shared sonic exploration. Participants engage with sound\, space\, and
  body\, approaching the voice as a resonant technology to connect with the
 mselves\, others\, and the more-than-human world. Practical information: 
 — The session will run for two hours — The artists will guide the grou
 p through a series of scores/exercises involving listening/meditation\, br
 eathing\, and some singing/vocalizing — No experience necessary & everyb
